Where are your mattresses made?
All our mattresses are proudly Canadian-made, crafted by the very supplier trusted by numerous renowned brands. Located in Toronto, our supplier boasts two decades of expertise in manufacturing mattresses for some of the industry's biggest names.
Can we visit a physical showroom?
We do indeed have a showroom at our startup; however, we currently share the space with another business. For security and privacy reasons, we do not publicly disclose the address, but it can be provided upon request.
How long is the delivery and where can you deliver to?
Our order processing typically takes 2-5 business days, with shipments scheduled every Tuesday. Within a 30km radius of Montreal, we offer free delivery on Tuesdays. If you require delivery beyond this radius, additional fees may apply.
Do you have a return policy?
We provide hassle-free returns within a 30-day window from your purchase date. Additionally, our mattresses come with a 5-year warranty. Should your mattress not meet your expectations during this 5-year period, simply reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you.
